As the Senior Manager of Web Excellence,you'lllead the charge in crafting and executing acutting-edgeweb strategy that aligns with ourOBU and brandobjectives.Your mission is tooptimizeuser experienceacross stakeholders, drive digital engagement, and ensure our websites are at the forefront of innovationand deliver on the needs of the dynamic digital environment.As the leader of the strategy and strategic approach,and roadmap,you'llpartner with key stakeholders to bring to life theweb ecosystem for the Oncology Business Unit(OBU), includingthe evolution ofbrand websitesandenhancedSEO strategies. You will beresponsiblefor forging and documenting the end-to-end website delivery process and ensuring strong governance across all the steps and across all parties responsible for bringing a web presence to life. Your sharing of updated processes and best Web practices will ensure a cohesive OBUpresence,and the result of your efforts will beexceptional digital experiencesfor OBU customers.
Accountabilities:
Web Strategy Development:
Shape the development and execution of a comprehensive web strategy aligned withOBU andbrandobjectives
Explore opportunities for web innovation and optimization to improve user engagement and business outcomes
User Experience (UX) and Design:
Collaborate with global design systemandmaintaincontinuous focus on development ofUS OBU design needs, end-to-end processes, governance, and communication surrounding these
Oversee UX and design standards to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience
Web Development and Maintenance:
Coordinate with IT and development teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable web infrastructure
Supervise the implementation of new features and functionalities acrossOBUwebsitesthat support the evolution of the digital presence of the OBU and deliver on the needs of the continuously evolving online environment
SEO and Web Analytics:
Manage cohesive guidelines and knowledge sharing about effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic in collaboration with internal SEO partners
Identify program-level guidelines in web analytics and identify high-level insights to support enhanced site measurement across the OBU
Content Management:
Oversee website content management practices to ensure relevance and engagement
Ensure compliance with legal standards and accessibility guidelines
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partnerdeeplywith Brand, Omnichannel, and product teams to align webevolution andinitiatives with broader business objectives
Communicate web performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s degreeindigital marketing or business, or a related field
2 plus years experience in leading web strategy and development projects
Strongexpertisein web technologies, SEO,GEO, LLM discoverability,and analytics
Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
Ability to build consensus with deeply collaborative focus
Experience with content management systems (e.g.,Adobe,WordPress, Drupal)
Demonstrated success in omnichannel field, preferably with web portal emphasis
Strong strategic project and execution skills
Strong experience working at the intersection of business and technical concepts
Extensive experience in Jira and Confluence
Able to work in fast-paced and evolving environment and navigate through ambiguity that canaccompanyevolution
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Advanced degree in a relevant field
Strong understanding of oncology pharmaceutical sales and marketing processes, including an understanding of the regulatory requirements and compliance considerations
Experiencein the pharmaceutical or another regulated industry

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151,081-$226,622. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
